Very good. I like how you laid out your points, and they were very good points. Russia is trying to create its own CBDC, which is consistent with their stance on cryptocurrencies. They don't want private money. They'd rather issue the currency that everyone else uses and force their citizens to use the state-backed currency. If they do succeed in issuing a CBDC, it could be used to evade sanctions, but it would be limited in its ability to do so.
